Refund policy

1 – Not Happy with your product ? No Problem, you can initiate the return email us at sensesbyriba@ribatextiles.com within 7 days from the receiving of Order.

2 – As soon as your refund order is filed with us, 

  You ship the product yourself and email the tracking details 

3. Once the product reaches our ware house, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that product received is in acceptable condition as dispatched from the warehouse , we will either replace your product or refund to the cost of product deducting  shipping cost & 15% of total product value will be deducted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if the colour is not what you expected.  The colours on a computer screen are not exactly like the colours in real life, we understand that and if the colour is wrong, please do not take the set apart,  just send us a note and we will issue a return label.  This way we might be able to sell that set to someone else and save everyone money in the future.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
